Hi! I'm Mike Fox, owner of Master Tech Automotive. Ever since I was able to drive and work on my old Plymouth Fury, I have had a passion for working on cars and trucks. I've been in the automotive repair business since 1976! When I was approached with the chance to own and operate my own shop, it was a dream come true. Because that means I do not have to fill any corporate requirements. The only requirements I have to satisfy are my own which are to satisfy all my customers. I do that by fixing their vehicles the right way, always being honest and charging a fair price. That's why my customers have trusted me with their cars and then with their kids cars. And now those kids have sons and daughters driving and I work on their cars too, and I know that means YOU know I am doing it right. Yeah and I guess that means I am getting older too.
Hi, I'm Phil Bassage, the newest addition to Master Tech Automotive. I am an ASE Certified master technician and have been for over 25 years. I specialize in GM but am very familiar with other brands and am certified in light vehicle diesel engines. I have been interested in automobiles for as long as I can remember and it probably started with me helping my step dad when I was just a kid. I love taking things apart and putting them back together. I find immense satisfaction from fixing something - anything from pasta makers to Northstar engines. In my free time I enjoy riding my Harley Street Glide with my wife of 25 years. For the occasional thrill I will take my 86 Buick T Type to the track to drag race. I am excited for this new chapter here at MTA and happy to be of service keeping you safe and on the road.
Hi there! I'm Melissa Fox and I have been at Master Tech since January of 2007. I wear many hats here. My main responsibilities are bookkeeping, customer service and planning MTA's Annual Car Show but you can find me in the shop restoring headlights, detailing vehicles or outside landscaping. I love keeping MTA in tip top shape and taking care of our customers. I have worked in customer service before however here at MTA I have had the chance to develop wonderful lasting relationships with our customers. My two friendly fur kids, Charlie & Sampson, are usually at the shop with me greeting customers from behind the counter and love being MTA's unofficial mascots. In my free time, you can find me outdoors whenever possible hiking with my pups, reading, running, backpacking, snowboarding...the list goes on and on.
